Return/Shipping Policy

 

Shipping:
You can track your package here.

Most items are delivered within 8–15 business days from the order date.

If an item is out of stock, delivery may take up to 8 weeks, though most items ship within the standard timeframe.

Select items may be eligible for express shipping (3–6 business days, US only) for an additional charge. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created.

To better support you, we partnered with Route to offer Package Protection in case your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you purchased Route Package Protection, you need to file a claim directly through Route here.

Returns/Exchanges:

We allow returns/exchanges up to 30 days upon delivery date, as long as items remain in unworn and unwashed condition. Please note, we allow one return or exchange per item, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For any return/ exchange inquires, you can submit a request here, where you can select a shipment option from a variety of couriers offered.
