Shipping:

We offer free shipping to send ALL orders to you! If you left an email address when ordering you will be emailed a confirmation of your order.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your items is shipped.

Products are sold on a Pre-Sale basis. Orders are shipped out in the order they were received -the earlier you order, the earlier you will receive your product(s). 

Most order are delivered within 17 days or less from order date. Orders may take up to  to 6 weeks from order date if the item is out of stock.

Returns/Exchanges:

For any return/ exchange inquires, you can submit a request here. If you have any questions around your return, please email team@pinkpalmpuff.com 

We ask customers to buy a label to return items to our warehouse. You can select the most affordable option  from a variety of couriers offered on our return system.

We do not  markup the label fee from the couriers. We do not charge any handling fees for these items either.
